Afternoon drive...

I always enjoy seeing the white aspen trunks and the yellow leaves.

We are supposed to have snow tonight. It snowed a little on us on the drive this afternoon.

This is a little of the elk bugling. I didn't know when to start the camera, as I couldn't predict the start of the bugle...and the zoom is not good, but there are elk in the picture! We can hear them after a fashion. We stayed behind the fence so we didn't spook them. We didn't make any noise ourselves...just listened.
A storm was coming in and the aspen leaves were piling up in gold piles, and drifting in the air. It was so pretty, and just what a fall evening "should" be like!
