Signs of spring

I haven't been able to take pictures of them yet, but Canadian geese have moved onto the lake and redwing blackbirds have arrived! We can also see some brown patches of our lawn that have been buried under snow drifts for a couple of months! The sun is shining in at a new angle in the kitchen window.
