Dave Scott came moose hunting the first of October.

He bought a governors license for $29,000. This was at the Double Eight.

Rory shot his first bull elk.

The cousins got to go with him.  It was much fun for all.

Jeremy and  Rory boiled the skull and made a nice European mount for his elk.

                                               

Dave and Pam Haukeli were happy with the biggest deer he ever shot in his life.

Pam was glad she went with them that day.

Mark Stock came the second week in October. Another good one!

The greenhouse is a nice place to eat lunch when working cattle.  The food doesn't blow off your plate. It is warm and no one has to take off their dirty boots, they just wear their hats and coats.

Many cattle, so many days of cattle working.  Cinnamon rolls by the dozens!

We u-hauled living room  furniture out to the First Mates Cottage in Washington.  October 16

George kept busy fixing things that needed it.

Cleaning gutters.  Lots of pine needles collect each year.

We always get a thrill watching all the big ships on the Columbia going by.

Another addition to the basement entertainments.

October 26 heading home.  Loving the fog.  Such different weather from Wyoming!
