The highways were all closed for a day. They were able to come after lunch.

Funny overhead message, but a serious one. Truck drivers don't take the warnings seriously and they blow over. Then the roads are closed, people get hurt, lots of dollars lost in trucks and their loads. The wind gust speeds are 65 mph and higher.
