We headed to Cheyenne to be with Pres on Jan 12. Nadine is headed to Texas today. Had to wait because the interstate was closed. Our side opened at 9 am. Westbound didn't open til after 2 pm.
We got ahead of the big group of trucks. All the snow fences are full.
100"s of semis and cars lined up in Laramie and again in Cheyenne. The interstate has been closed for over a day now.
This is why the road is closed. Trying to clean it up. It was out towards Rock Springs.
George's aereator that he was so happy with didn't survive the terrible winds we've been having!
This is when it was first put in and working well.
George took Pres over to Point Frontier for lunch where his apartment was. This lady was at the front desk. Always very nice to them. It was a happy and sad time. So many changes in the past 3 weeks.
