It is extremely windy wind gusts over 60 mph. Some 88 mph gusts were recorded.
5 semis are laid over at Cooper cove. I80 is closed because they are blocking the lanes. 30 is closed also with the same problem.
Highway patrol was investigating and one blew over into the patrol car.
