Down by the border...

In the subdivision where we went to g meeting in Camp Verde, AZ ....every house had an airplane garage next to their car garage. The streets in the subdivision had signs that said "Airplanes have the right of way" It was raining hard there. 30 miles north we came through a blizzard on the way to mtg. We enjoyed shopping in Mexico...it was raining there too! The desert will be beautiful with flowers this spring. One of the things we heard a lot here was..."lady, buy it here....cheeeep! Almost free!!"

The lettuce fields were such a nice "spring green" color, I had to take a picture as we were driving by!

There was quite a soldier presence checking the cars on the way out of Mexico. We had to wait about 45 minutes in the customs line. We just walked in...didn't drive in.
