Snowy day!

My pictures turned out from end to beginning, but the highway closed last night because of limited visibility and blizzard winds. The mountans got 2-3 feet of snow...this road goes by the 2 feet area. The snow plow was parked at the road closure gate. It is the last picture...note the snow caked all over the truck. Then the patrol was blocking the road while the sand truck went ahead. Then we followed the 2 patrol with flashing lights for 50 miles going 35 miles per hour. we had an appointment we were late for, but there were trucks and cars lined up sinced last night at 8:30 pm so there were miles of vehicles. the road was sanded and plowed, but still pretty slick in spots. What a change from Monday's warmth and tropical weather. This is the patrol ahead of us. Click once.
