Back at the Ranch

Getting ready for hunting season.  E wants to do what dad and the boys do.

10 years ago Geo performed the wedding ceremony for these two.  Congratulations!

Clayton and his summer job.  He learned lots and had lots of fun new experiences.

C got to rope in a ranch rodeo at the county fair.  Got his picture on the front page of the paper.
Clayton's birthday was the day he got kicked in the face.  A lucky horse shoe for the cake.  I guess the good luck that day was they could stitch him up and it wasn't worse.  He spent hours in the ER then came directly from there to gospel meeting and a birthday party that night.
Ouch!!  More stitches inside the cheek than outside.

Clayton got kicked in the face by a horse, then got an infection (doctors won't give antibiotics now till you are dripping infection! ) so had to have IV antibiotics, then pills for 10 days.

Nephew Ty and Ingrid got married.  We couldn't go, had company and 20 for lunch the next day, and the reception was too far away.

Elizabeth checking the garden in the greenhouse.

I think the frog is in mid jump in this picture.  So fun to have the cousins visit!

Back to school

Mom was escorting them for the first morning.

The Lusk kids get to have their grandpa for their bus driver!  Lucky them!
Chet is in first, Chase in preschool.
