George read that this is the 2nd coldest January since 1915 when they started keeping records in this area. The average temp has been 9 degrees. They expect -20 degree temps tonight with wind and snow making it -30 to -40 degree windchills....brrrrr!

Yikes! The wind chill was -22 here this morning about 8:00am. I didn't want to leave the house, but alas, I had a free 45 minute massage, so I tore myself (and the baby) away! Baby went to visit at the store while I got pampered.
Its good to be a Texan - in so many ways!!
We sure think of you often in that snow-blown country! Not in envy though! :)
